The deputy minister for Lands and Natural Resources and a Member Of Parliament for Manhyia North Hon. Akwasi Konadu has urged the Muslim community within his Constituency to vote for the NPP come December 7th to enable them continue the massive infrastructural development ongoing within the Constituency.
He made this call during this year’s Eid Al Adha prayers at Moshie Zongo.
According to the deputy minister, most of the projects that are ongoing in the Constituency would be completed on scheduled but pleaded on the constituents to keep the hope alive as the NPP government is focused on addressing the needs of the people.
Chief Imam for Manhyia North Imam Iddrisu Alhassan thanked the NPP government and the MP for their unflinching support to the Muslims .
According to him, under the leadership of Hon Akwasi Konadu the people within Moshie Zongo have benefited so much and prayed he wins the next election to continue his good works.
The Imam appealed to the MP to help fast track Moshie Zongo bridge to ease vehicular movement. He was hopeful the needy but brilliant students from the Zongo community would be given scholarships to aid their studies.
On their part, some Muslims in the Constituency was also thankful to their MP for his prompt response to the calls and his humility. They recounted many developmental projects he has channelled into the Constituency and pledged their continuous support to ensure he secure a resounding victory come December 7th.
