The ICT Students at Panfokrom Vocational and Technical Institute in the central region of Gomoa East district cry to president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo to come to their Aid because there is no single computer at the school for the pass 4 years.
In an interview with kingdomnewsgh.com reporter during visitation to the school, some of the ICT Students at Panfokrom Vocational and Technical Institute lament that, they find it difficult when it come to ICT learning because there is no single computer for practicals in the school for the pass 4 years.
According to them,all the computers in the school has damage and due to that, the 50 ICT Students in the school find it difficult when it come to practical learning of ICT.
Thy cry and pleaded to government to come to their Aid because they are also Ghanian students and deserve better learning when it comes to ICT.
Some of the students also urge government to bring their school uniform and Text books .
Meanwhile, Vice Principal of domestic for Panfokrom Vocational and Technical Institute , Madam Alfreda Dede Opong said the school has many challenges and it affecting the students and Teachers.
According to her, the Teachers quarters has collepsed for so many months and due to that, the teachers and students share Dormitory which is not helping the teachers .
She pleaded to president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo to come to the aid of Panfokrom Vocational and Technical Institute because is not private school is government school and they staff and the students deserve better condition.
And also students accommodation is also a problem so she pleaded to government to come to their Aid before next year new students will come if not, there will be no Dormitory for the students because the teachers are sharing the Dormitory with the students due to the collapse of the teachers Quarters.
