“We are tired of ur intimidation Mr IGP”
One of the leaders of a Youth pressure group from Ashanti Region, Marvin Philip Frazer Norman has said that they are also making a case against the Police for assault during Day 1 of their demonstration on Tuesday June 28
He told kingdomnewsgh.com at the Elwak Stadium in Accra during the Day 2 of the demonstration Wednesday June 29 that they are not intimidated by the action of the IGP.
He said “we will make case against the Police. Whiles they are making case against us, we will also make case, we will press charges against them.
The Ghana Police Service has served notice all organisers of Tuesday’s demonstration by Arise Ghana will be arrested and arraigned before court.
The police say they are taking that action as a result of the attacks and damage caused to public property.
I want to tell them that we are not afraid police
“Tell them that we are not afraid of their intimidation. Nkrumah came out of jail and became president we will rescue this country.”
“We urge the public to disregard the untruths and treat them with the contempt they deserve, for the footages and images of the event speak for themselves.”
