Ghana’s real estate sector is gearing up to accelerate affordable housing delivery, Key stakeholders, including Govt reps, gathered at the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) annual breakfast meeting to discuss practical pathways for advancing sustainable housing.
With the 24-Hour Economy Authority Bill now law, developers were encouraged to seize opportunities in emerging growth corridors. Govt pledged to deepen collaboration with GREDA and industry partners to drive impactful housing reforms, improving access to decent housing for Ghanaians.
