Ahead of Ghana’s 2024 general elections, Mr. Ernest Afrifa, a youth advocate and the CEO of AE Ushering Agency, has made a passionate appeal to the youth of Ghana. He called on them to remain vigilant, exercise caution in their expectations, and be mindful of their actions and inactions during this critical period. Mr. Afrifa emphasized the importance of not allowing themselves to be manipulated by politicians for selfish interests.
He appeals to the youth to exhibit a high sense of maturity, patriotism and love for humanity as the 2024 general election gets closer and not allowed to be influenced by anyone.
According to him, that is the only way to ensure the sustainability of peace and stability, and to entrench the country’s democratic dispensation as well as protecting the name Ghana.
He stated that, the youths should think about their future first and also consider the long lasting peace enjoyed in the country and ensure they work collaboratively to maintain law and order, before, during and after the elections, and this would enhance peaceful coexistence and development.
