The Honourable Member of Parliament for Asawase Constituency, Hon. Muntaka Mubarak, together with his constituency executives and the lead contractor of the Aboabo Post Office Astroturf Project, today embarked on a tour to inspect the ongoing project.
The Aboabo Post Office Astroturf Project has been a topic of discussion in the local community for quite some time now. After facing delays, the contractor is back on site and has promised early completion of the project.
This news has brought a sense of relief to the residents who have been eagerly awaiting the completion of this much-anticipated project. It is commendable to see the contractor taking proactive steps to ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated timeframe.

The project, which commenced in September 2022 amidst great enthusiasm, faced a setback leading to its suspension. However, Hon. Muntaka’s dedication to prioritizing youth development through sports prompted him to push for the realization of the project.
There was a palpable sense of excitement as the contractor for the project, Nana Anwti, returned to site today and pledged to ensure its swift completion with an internationally standardized lighting system. Recognizing the growing disappointment and frustration among youth due to high unemployment exacerbated by failed policies of the Akufo Addo administration, this project is poised to serve as a vital tool in harnessing youth potential through diverse and innovative programs.
