A head of the Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) constituency election, Mr Marvin Phillip Norman have send goodwill message to all Constituency executive aspirants.
Mr Marvin Norman who is seeking for regional Treasurer of ndc has entreated all the delegates to refrain kinds of malicious act and propaganda but rather vote on issues and for those deserving winners to serve the party ndc.
