Manhyia North MP donates medical items to Sepe – Aprampram and Moshie Zongo Health Centre

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Manhyia North, Hon Akwasi Konadu, has donated some medical equipments to the Sepe – Aprampram and Moshie Zongo health center in his constituency.

The items, worth GH₵200,000, included Microscope, Autoclave, oxygen flow meter, Centrifugu181, Bedside screen, Suturing set, Pulse Oximeter, Laboratory Oven, Medication trolley, Bedside locker, Water bath, Laptop lemovo 13, Oxygen cylinder, Dressing, Episiotomy, Episiotomy light, washing machine.

Wealth is health

Handing over the items, Mr Akwasi Konadu said the greatest wealth is to seek health care deliverly to his constituents.

He, therefore, expressed the hope that the items would improve healthcare delivery at the various health facilities within the constituency.

“As a father, I understand the need for better health care for our mothers, young ones, the aged and the exuberant youth in our constituency.

Physician Assistant in charge Sepe – Aprampram Health center who received the item, Dr Harriet Akoto Nsiah, said,“This medical equipment will not only impact the people at Sepe, but it will also serve the neighbouring communities.

“We are pleased with the medical items he has brought; these are things that we have been trying to purchase and distribute for some of our health facilities,” she said.
