Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly *NADMO* *Directorate*, under the leadership of *Mr. *Godwin* *Dela*, successfully organized a capacity-building training session for its Sub-Metro Directors, Deputies, and Operations Officers.
The initiative aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their effectiveness in the discharge of their duties.
The event was honored by the esteemed presence of the *Ashanti Regional NADMO Director, Alhaji Mohammed Ibrahim Nasir*, who commended Mr. Dela and his team for their foresight and dedication.
In his remarks, Alhaji Nasir praised the Metro Director’s leadership and commitment to strengthening the operational capacity of NADMO across all sub-metros.
He encouraged continuous training and capacity development to help reshape public perception of NADMO’s role and performance.
This marks a renewed commitment by KMA NADMO to foster professionalism, efficiency, and proactive disaster management at the sub-metro level.
The Directorate plans to sustain such impactful initiatives as part of a broader strategy to build a resilient and responsive disaster management framework in Kumasi.
