Hon Kwasi Amankwaa district Chief Executive of the good people of sekyere kumawu donating assorted items to our brothers and sisters in the Zongo communities in Sekyere Kumawu Constituency as they observe the holy month of Ramadan.
Items donated included bottles of cooking oil, bags of rice, tins of milk, bags of Sugar and other foodstuffs to help ease the burden of providing meals during the fasting period.
Hon.Kwasi Amankwaa explained that the gesture was aimed at strengthening the relationship between her office and the Muslim community while acknowledging the vital role Imams play in promoting peace, unity, and spiritual guidance within Constituncy.
He noted that Ramadan is a sacred period for Muslims and offers an opportunity for reflection, prayer, and acts of charity. According to him, supporting religious leaders during this time demonstrates solidarity with the Muslim faithful in the constituency.
He extend his warm wishes to the Muslim community in Kumawu and beyond for a peaceful and blessed Ramadan. May this holy month bring blessings, strength, and prosperity to us all.
