*NADMO TASKFORCE CONDUCTS SAFETY INSPECTION AT POKU TRADING COMPANY*

A multidisciplinary taskforce led by the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) recently conducted a comprehensive safety inspection at Poku Trading Company. The inspection, carried out on July 31, 2025, aimed to assess the company’s compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The taskforce, comprising representatives from NADMO, Fire Service, Standard Authority, and Environmental Authority, evaluated various aspects of the company’s operations, including housekeeping, structural integrity, hygiene and general health and safety, and fire preparedness.

Led by Regional NADMO Director Mr. Ibrahim Nasir, the taskforce submitted a detailed report outlining their findings and recommendations.

The inspection underscores the importance of ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for employees and stakeholders.

The report’s findings will likely inform future actions to mitigate potential risks and improve safety standards at Poku Trading Company.
