Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehe has honoured the management of Stadium Hotel located at Asokwa near the Kumasi Sports Stadium with Gold Award for the immense contributions make to the tourism and hospitality industry in the Ashanti Region.
The management of the hotel received the Award at the joint 19th Ashanti Business and Financial Services Excellence Awards and 8th Ashanti Business Leaders Excellence Awards over the weekends.
Nana Kwaku Amankwah Sarkodie, Sewuahene presented the Gold award to the management on behalf of the Asantenene, disclosed that, the rationale for the institution of the Awards Schemes is to demonstrate Otumfuo appreciation of the enormous contribution of the business community and financial institutions to the economic development of Ashanti and the nation at large.
The management of the Hotel after receiving the Gold Award expressed their profound gratitude to Otumfuo the Asantenene for the recognition.
According to the management the honour would serve as a motivation for them yo perform and to serve their clients, customers and visitors more to ensure that anyone visit the Ashanti region to either do business or tourism feels at home.
