Tema Oil Refinery Ltd.’s Managing Director, Mr. Edmond Kombat, has received a citation from the Ashanti Regional Communication Bureau of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for his exceptional leadership in reviving the refinery.
The refinery’s restart is seen as a testament to youthful leadership in Ghana and has boosted the NDC’s communication efforts.
