“District chief executive and National Democratic Congress Leaders Pay Respects to Deceased Royal Family Member”

A funeral ceremony was held in Sekyere Kumawu to mourn the passing of the daughter of Barima Sarfo Tweneboa Kodua, the Kumawumanhene, and Nana Serwaa Amponsah, the Queen Mother of Kumawuman.


The event brought together community members, and other dignitaries to pay their respects and celebrate the life of the deceased.

The funeral ceremony was attended by the District Chief Executive of Sekyere Kumawu, Hon Kwasi Amankwaa, the constituency executives of the ruling Party National Democratic Congress (NDC) and other community members, demonstrating the strong sense of community and solidarity in Sekyere Kumawu.

The deceased was a member of the royal family, and her passing was mourned by her parents, Barima Sarfo Tweneboa Kodua and Nana Serwaa Amponsah.

Those in attendance offered their condolences and prayers to the royal family, hoping to bring comfort and strength during this difficult time.
