The Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, embarked on a crucial mission to inspect developmental projects in the Ahafo Ano South West District. His visit was a testament to his commitment to ensuring that the government’s initiatives were yielding tangible results.

The construction of the Mankranso Community Park, the Agenda 111 District Hospital, and a 6-unit classroom block at Oyinanufo were among the projects that received his attention.


At the Agenda 111 site, the lead contractor, Nickseth Construction Company Ltd, provided an update on the project’s progress, revealing that it was 73.4% complete. Dr. Amoakohene’s expression reflected his determination to see the project through to completion, and he emphasized the government’s commitment to transforming the socio-economic status of every district.

The Regional Minister’s message was clear: the government was dedicated to improving the lives of its citizens through strategic investments in infrastructure and development initiatives. He also highlighted President John Dramani Mahama’s vision for responsible mining, which would pave the way for sustainable economic growth and environmental protection.
