Nana Adu-Gyamfi Kumanin Barima I, Chief Executive Director of Shamor Herbal Centre and Nkosuohene for Nyakyereniease, has empowered 80 youth in Afigya Kwabre South with tricycles to provide them with livelihood opportunities.

The initiative aims to steer the youth away from drug abuse and social vices that could jeopardize their future.

During the handing over ceremony at Akrofroum, Nana Adu-Gyamfi Kumanin Barimah I, emphasized the importance of empowering the youth to make positive contributions to society.

The occasion was attended by MTTD commanders from Mampongteng, Manhyia, and Old Tafo divisions, who educated the beneficiaries on road safety regulations.

Supt. Mary Affanyi, Manhyia Divisional MTTD Commander, cautioned the riders to adhere to road safety regulations to avoid accidents and police arrest, enabling them to achieve their dreams.
