An inordinate attempt by some persons by some persons to unlawfully destool the Chief of the Piase Traditional Area Nana Osei Afriyie Gyamrah || has been held questionable since due procedures have not been followed.
Some persons claiming to be Elders and Kingmakers were reported to have instituted a destoolment process against the Chief.
Speaking at a press conference, The Spokesperson of the Okuona Royal family Benard Kusi Poku said, the Chief of Piase Nana Osei Afriyie Gyamrah || was enstooled by the late Abusuapanin Kwaku Boahen of the Okuona Family in 2003 after the demise of the late Nana Atta Fosu.
“However, some persons have risen up against him attempting to destool him from the position as Chief of the Piase Traditional Area.
“We are telling them, only Okuona Royal family enstool and destool Chief in piase traditional area. He stated;
