NDC manifesto may not be perfect but will deliver a better future – Fifi Kwetey

The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, has pledged that his party’s manifesto will contain achievable promises that will be delivered, rather than being based on lies.

According to him, although their manifesto may not be “perfect,” they will ensure that the promises are fulfilled under the humble leadership of John Mahama, unlike the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government, which he says has failed to accept responsibility for its actions.

Speaking during the NDC’s manifesto launch in Winneba on Saturday, August 24, Fifi Kwetey criticized the NPP government for its arrogance in refusing to accept constructive criticism.

“The manifesto we’re going to present today will not be the perfect manifesto, but one thing we can promise you is the humility of the leadership, the humility of Mahama and the people who are going to work with him, so, if there are any problems, we will be able to correct them and be able to deliver for the future of the nation.

“Unfortunately, deal with people who even when they are blatantly wrong, are too proud, not humble enough to accept, they are too arrogant to move in that direction, refusing any feedback and constructive criticisms.”
