Telecommunication giants, MTN Ghana Limited has engaged the media in Ashanti region to keep fit and to promote healthy living.
The walk Commenced,in the early morning of Saturday as people defied the cold weather and gathered at the MTN regional office at Nhyiaeso to embark on the walk which started at the entrance of the MTN office.
Participants walked through the Ahodwo roundabout,Asokwa interchange,Kumasi mall, Asafo interchange,Adum A Life,KMA office,and back to the MTN head office.
An aerobics session was held after the walk, which was led by Fitness Coach, Warrant Officer Class One Austin Power of the Physical Training Department of the Central Command of the Ghana Armed Forces then took journalist through the fitness training.
Mr Simon Amoh, Northern Business Acting Commercial Manager of MTN and thanked the media for responding to the call of MTN and commended them for fully participating in the event.
He said as journalists and corporate workers, there was little time to relax but urged them to take issues about their health seriously.

urged the participants to exercise regularly to improve their health and emotional health, stressing that “you can make all the money in the world, but if your health is bad you will never enjoy life.”
