It’s sad legends don’t get chance around the National teams-Stephen Appiah

Former Black Star Captain, Stephen Appiah is much worried about how the legends that the National teams have produced do no longer get the chance around the teams.

“Football administration is not about the grammar but the brains.”He asserted .

“I wasn’t conversant with the Italian language when I went to Italy but I was able to absorb everything the coach said because of my understanding of the game so I am just hoping things will change for me and my colleagues because we have the contacts and we can deliver up to expectation.”Tonado Appiah further indicated.

“Some of us are very humble but when you know your value you don’t tolerate jokes from people.”

“There was a time when the players didn’t want to play for the National teams and I used to pay winning bonuses and travelling tickets so when you sit back and see how they are steering our football then you have no motivation to put money into it but we hope things will turn around.”He concluded
