A group of youth within the Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Asawase Constituency of the Ashanti region has call on the affected reshuffle minority leaders to accepts the party decision to reshuffle them.
Harris Umar, the leader of the youth at a press conference was of the view that, the collective decision of the party must be supreme that any individual.
According to him, they at the constituency feel honoured that the party leadership gave them one of the leaders in parliament and for that matter, must be commended.
He stated that, the reshuffle was a decision from the National Executives who the party voted for the common good of the party to win the 2024 election and for that matter their decision must be reselected.
He stated that, its the vision of the party that, they recapture political power in the coming general elections, and if the leaders thought it wise that, there a certain crop of people needed at a particular time to realizes the ultimate dream of making the victory mere formality and need to be respected and accepted at all levels.
He disclosed change is constant in our lives and sometimes one has to sacrifice what you have for what you wsnt, which he said the affected to sacrifice their own selfish interest for the party.
