Chief Justice, Kwasi Anin Yeboah, has said that his office or the Judicial Service is strongly aimed at enhancing the citizens access to quality justice by establishing courts in close vicinities.

As part of ensuring this dream come true, today, the Chief Justice together with the Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon Simon Osei Mensah and other prominent officials joined the chief and people of Bonwire to inaugurate a district in the town.
According to Justice Anin Yeboah, untill today, all cases in this historic town of Bonwire and its environs, were sent to Juaben or Ejisu which is at a district court level.
He added that to address this inconvenience, government have worked so hard to establish this district court at Bonwire to make life in that traditional business district more convenient.

“Several consecutive meetings with the Ministry of Local Government and Decentralization and Rural Development and the District Assemblies Common Fund Administrator barttres by a bold declaration by the president in couple years ago to ensure the construction of over 100 court houses with bungalows for districts across the country have cominated in the spectacle we are witnessing today”. Chief Justice said.
He therefore urged the surrounding communities like, Adanwomasi, Bamang, Amanpe, Krobo and other towns to patronize the court and justify its establishment. And extended his plea to the Nananom to resort to the court connected alternative dispute resolution mechanism when necessary to improve the turnaround time of cases that go to court.

The Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon Simon Osei Mensah also thanked the government and the office of the Chief Justice for the establishment of such numerous court houses within the region.
He added that whatever any appointed government official does for the country whiles in office, his or her name will be forever be remembered for good.

On his part, chief of Bonwire, Nana Bobie Ansah II, said the establishment of the court will be of so much beneficial or importance to them in ensuring peace and stability in terms of chaos creation in the town and its other neighboring towns.
Aside been happy for the court establishment, Nana Ansah II, therefore urged the government to help with the construction of the poor roads leading to the town and other towns.
Lastly, some of the residents of Bonwire also after expressing their excitements over the court, called on the Municipal Chief Executive, MP and government to assist them with other social amenities, mainly with their deplorable roads.
