Central Regional Secretary for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Richard Takyi Mensah has hinted that the party’s Regional Executives led by their Chairman Mr. Robert Kutin Junior have over the years amassed vast experience to prosecute the next political campaign and revert the Region as a stronghold for the NPP.
He disclosed at a Press Soiree organized by the party’s Regional Executives at its regional party office in Cape Coast with the aim of strengthening its bond with the media.
Speaking at the soiree to Media Mr. Takyi Mensah made the disclosure that the Central Region thanks to the efforts of the NPP, has gotten its fair share of the national cake under President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo despite the global economic crunch. Hence will help the NPP retain power come 2024 general elections, being the swing and determining Region it is.
On his part, the Central Regional Chairman, Mr. Robert Kutin Junior commended the media within the region for its unbiased reportage and appealed to them to continually partner the NPP in their dealings.
