The Kwadaso Women Organiser hopeful and doubles has Deputy Women’s Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Mrs Janet Awuah has advised Ghanaians to stay away from all activities that can lead to injuries this Easter period.
According to the NPP women organiser hopeful , Christ ascended to the cross for a reason and that reason should guide the actions of those who will be celebrating the death of the Messiah.
Mrs Janet Awuah, said “Easter Celebration will have no meaning if we end the celebration with sicknesses, injuries or death.”
Mrs Janet Awuah used occasion to plead with all and sundry to extend helping hands to those that for some reasons cannot enjoy this day. I know that when special people touch our lives, then suddenly we see how beautiful and wonderful our world can really be.
She urge all of us to make the reason why the Messiah ascended the cross has an impact on our lives.
The basis of life is people and how they relate to us. Our success, fulfillment and happiness depend upon our ability to relate effectively to others.
It is therefore for this reason why I am calling on all to let somebody who could not have laughed for some reason laugh today.
I also use this opportunity to plead with all to be extra careful in our happy mood.
Our Easter Celebration will have no meaning if we end the celebration with sicknesses, injuries or death.
Let us be moderate in happy mood and let the meaning behind the celebration impact on our lives.
Happy Easter to the president and his family, the vice president and his family, all women and men as well and every single Ghanaian.
May the reason for the season be a blessing to us all.
On Easter we celebrate love,
love coming down from heaven,
love blanketing the earth
in a transforming embrace;
unique and infinite love,
giving more than we can imagine
for us, to cleanse our sins.
