Pressure has begin to mount in some constituencies as the New Patriotic Party prepares to embark on its internal electoral processes.
One of this constituencies is the Bantama constituency in the Ashanti region which is widely known as Florida due to its massive vote contribution to the NPP in most general elections.
It has emerged that, one Mr Bernard Amofah Jantuah, has unofficially shown up to join the constituency’s chairmanship race to battle for power with the incumbent constituency chairman, Mr Fiifi Mensah and any other candidate who will be vetted and certified by the party to be part of the contest.
According to information gathered by kingdomnewsgh, Mr Bernard Amofah Jantuah has gain a massive support from the Bantama delegates and constituents as a whole due to his dedication for the party, support for party folks and the people of Bantama.
Speaking on Kumasi base Kingdom FM today 11th January 2022, was Mr Osofo Bronii, an NPP Media communicator from the aforementioned constituency (Bantama), who threw his weight behind the emerging aspirant.
He declared with a belief that Mr Jantuah will be the man to restore the name Florida as it was referred to Bantama in the times Bantama was the world bank of the NPP during election.
He revealed that the man has helped many party folks and even dine with some during the just ended Christmas festivities.
“Jantuah Amofah Bernard is non comparable” he said.
