The Ashanti Regional Communications Director of the NPP has cautioned all aspirants in the NPP to obey the directives of the Steering committee not to mount billboards ahead of the party’s national delegate conference in Kumasi of the Ashanti Region which will commence on Saturday December 18, 2021 to Sunday December 19, 2021.
Speaking on Kingdom FM’s morning show Tontonsansan hosted by JB, and monitored by kingdomnewsgh.com, Dr. Akwesi Kyei urged all aspirants to respect the decision of the party.
According to him, the NPP is poised of breaking the “8” and all must put hands on deck to achieve it. He welcomed all delegate to Kumasi and asked them to rally behind the party.
”…if care is not taking, your actions will take the party to opposition. I don’t understand why a youth organizer hopeful in the Central Region will mount a billboard in Kumasi welcoming delegate of which there’s a directive which is against the mounting of billboards…”.
He further assured all that all is set for the conference to start on Saturday.
